- I've never been on a diet and I've never had a gym membership. I don't do supplements, pills, wraps, detoxes or meal replacements. Do ya know what I don't even "train" (I know I should) because when I'm not in the studio I'm busy doing a lot of other stuff (such as scrolling on Facebook 😂) There are 3 classes I actively teach per week, the rest involve demonstrating the exercises and standing with a stopwatch and checking form. That's it. So you can't tell me because I run a studio that's how I lost weight. No, I just stopped stuffing my gob all of the time, and I'm not sitting on the couch all of the time.
I can't sit still. When I do I go into boredom binging, so I keep busy whenever I can.
I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. Most of the time. Sometimes there might be something very very delicious in front of me and I just have to fight the fullness and finish it. But I do try to avoid this most of the time so I don't feel guilty when it happens some of the time.
I don't count calories, syns, points, macros or weigh food. And I don't plan to either because I now look in the mirror every morning and go "wow, since when did I get a smashing figure"
For the record I don't have abs or a super lean physique. I am slimmer than I was and definitely stronger but if I want to drop fat to that ab level that'd mean I'd have to start counting and giving up fun stuff such as a meal and a few drinks with friends. And I'm happy with my shape as it is now and enjoying life at the same time. .
