Meet Maisy and Daisy. They're sisters. They do everything together. They eat at the same times, they exercise at the same times, they get the same amount of love and attention because you can't favour one of your kids over the other. So why is Maisy heavier than Daisy? If they eat and exercise the same how come one is heavier than the other? Daisy is my shadow, a nosy Norris who wants to know what's going on all the time. She's always looking to play fetch. Maisy is laid back, only races to the door if she thinks a cat is outside. Yes Daisy is the dominant one and if she wasn't such a bully I believe that Maisy would potter about more too but my conclusion is that Maisy is heavy because she's not as active everyday as Daisy would be. She doesn't play fetch. She doesn't follow me about the house. Jaysus she's literally sitting on her backside right now while the other is standing! So if you work a desk job how can you expect to achieve "fantastic" results by hitting the gym hard 3-4 hours per week if 80% of your day involves sitting? Get up from your seat at regular intervals, take the stairs instead of the lift, park further away from the door and you've a much better chance at getting results.
