It also does not matter how you bend your body (upper body crunches or leg lifts) it will target your abs anyway 😊 people always ask me how to target lower abs and the fact is we don't have lower abs. It's all just one ab! (The rectus abdominis) πŸ˜‰ so my advice is; train your abs as you think is FUN because fun means you're gonna stick to it and that's what matters. The fact that you think you have under developed "lower abs" is because most of us store more fat there than on our "upper abs".
