Exercise 1️⃣ Pyramid style (decrease the reps as you increase the weight) 4x 14,12,10,8 reps - let your abs and glutes do the work, NOT your lower back . Exercise 2️⃣: YES it looks soooo stupid but I swear your whole πŸ‘ will be throbbing the next day 5x10 reps (I'm using 20lbs on each side right now ) . SUPERSET Exercise 3️⃣&4️⃣ 4x10 each leg For the Bulgarian lunges I have a barbell pad cushioning the top of my foot and I find the exercise to be much more effective on the smith machine than on a bench.
