of your #emotions
- great that you have noticed the change of mood, otherwise you would be in unconscious #incompetence
2. Find the #cause,
- it may not hide as deep as you think. Ask yourself a well-targeted #question
- what do I most lack at this moment ?, Do I live up to my #values
What do I think most about? What is the main thing I do? Perhaps one of the needs has been neglected. The #answer
