Be faithful in small things because it's in them that your strength lies. happy weekend 🌸☘️
I took this pic when I was in the middle of climbing mount rose summit ....It was a long hike and I was still on my way up to the top ....I found this cute lil plants so I have to make a stop to take a pic of it ........There were times ,for certain reasons ,we had temporarily ceased to feel anxious ...How we dig deeper in the present moments without regretting the past or worrying about the future ? In niyama , we have Santosha - contentment .......Using my hiking experience as an example , people practicing Santosha would enjoy the roads ... stop to check the scenes on the way instead of being impatient or anxious along the journey .....Another perfect example for me is dance ....（I am so blessed that I am a dancer and I do it for living now ) when I dance I am fully in the moments ...on top of that it doesn't matter whether I am rehearsing the show and my desire was performing on the stage doesn't matter I am still very very happy about every repetition I do to get into the choreography ..... and of course the great satisfaction when I nailed the dance or the final step I have to take to the top of the mountain ........Yoga is an act of removing all the stuff that keeping from fully present in all moments .... Imagine everyday every moments of dance ( lol if it happened I would die lol but yeah the concept is - no fear no anger no worries just live !!!!!!!!#plants #plantbased#plantsofinstagram#plantlove#onthego#ontheway#journey#hiking#hikingadventures#yogatalk#yogainspiration#yogaphilosophy#yoga#nevada#mountains#mountrose
"It doesn't matter who you used to be; what matters is who you decide to be today. You are not your mistakes. You are not your mishaps. You are not your past. You are not your wounds. You can decide differently today and at every moment. Remember that. You are offered a new opportunity with each breath to think, decide, choose and act differently – in a way that supports you in being all that you are capable of being. You are not less than. You are enough."
