Sometimes it's the moments when you feel the least worthy. The least capable of doing something or making that change you desire...when you actually need it THE MOST.
I've been in a REAL FUNK lately. Work stress has had me run down to the point of exhaustion and it's seriously impacted my health, and my happiness.
I just haven't felt like myself or wanted to do anything but sulk.
To honest for you? ••••• The truth is, my job is hard. Being a project manager by job description means you're constantly getting beat up in every direction and at times it wears me down.
In those moments, I absolutely RELY on my fitness & personal development (aka exercise for the brain) to bounce me from my funk.
To create my happiness, even when it's not naturally shooting outta my eyeballs👀... But what do you do if you don't feel like even getting started?
You do it anyway, because you deserve to be happy. ••••• So today... Even though I didn't have time to meal prep this weekend
Even though work is stressing me out and I kinda wanna Netflix and chill...and sulk
Even though I'm a day late & a dollar short
Today I choose to start over. Start right now. To show up.
Because doing nothing, does nothing. And The only way to shake it, is to take action.
To not think, just DO.
To start before I'm ready. Because you're never really ready & there's never a good time.
You just gotta commit and then figure it out as you go.
So here's to day one! To Monday night before photos, measurements and meal prep.
Because I CANNOT take another moment of being anything less than HAPPY! ••••• You with me?
