Welcome to Day 3 of #acrochallengeILM!!
Modification - Day 3: Foot to Shin
1. Base lies supine and draws knees into chest, reaches arms, thumbs up, towards flyer. Flyer places hands, thumbs in, into base's hands and places one foot to base's shin.
2. Take a deep breath together! On exhale, flyer steps remaining foot to free shin, bends knees. Base draws hands to top of flyer's feet for support. Flyer moves to upright position (TIP: Once flyer is in the air, flyers toes should wrap around front of bases knees.). 3. Option: Base moves knees overtop of hips. Base's feet slightly higher than knees so weight of flyer shifts slightly forward into balls of their feet.
4. To exit: Base draws knees into chest, flyer bends knees drawing hands to meet with base's hands. Flyer carefully hops feet off of base's shins to floor.
