What does it take to succeed in achieving your optimal health, fitness & physique?
Focus on the triple threat of training, nutrition & lifestyle. And then be consistent with all 3. You need patience. You need will power and motivation. You need to be open for change. Realise that easy days are easy, it's the hard days that are the test and matter most. You need to be proud of you who you are and what you've achieved so far, and be excited for the steps you're taking now.
Well done to you all that have committed. So many people don't realise the huge power in simply following a plan and sticking to it!
