I used to think I was literally going crazy, and in all honesty.. I was.. The voices in my head were constantly telling me I couldn't do something or that I would fail, and like most people I believed them.. .
The moment I realized that these voices were simply programmings of my upbringings, I knew I had a chance to change. I knew that if for 35 years I was taught to think one way, I would learn to think a totally different way. .
That is when the real journey began.. I surrounded myself with affirmations that told me I was good enough, I developed a morning routine where I would give myself time to love myself (I teach what is called "Mirror Work" which is literally spending time in the mirror finding things you love about your physical body), and most importantly.. I stopped letting other people verbally bring me down. .
With time (#Patience) and consistency (#Repetition), I completely changed the way I viewed myself and others. I believe this is the most valuable thing you can do for yourself. #LearnToLoveYourself
