We've all been blessed with unique strengths that make us who we are today. As much as we know our strengths we need to be aware of our weaknesses too. Weakness is not something to be ashamed of. Nobody is perfect and I've realised that in order to reach our goals we need to be aware of these two compositions that make us who we are.
Recognising your weakness and being able to challenge it to work alongside your strengths. All in your favour. Did you see how simple that was?
A lot of things in life are based on balance and this is a typical example. Not letting your weakness overpower your strengths and at the same time recognising that your weakness can creep in at any given time because hello? You're human. I'll share one of mine with you. I tend to procrastinate and push things further till it's last minute and I'm running under pressure. STRESS! 😫 This can clash a lot with my strengths so I take two approaches. 1. Talk to a friend about it so I'm accountable or 2. Set strict deadlines so my weakness has no chance of creeping in. This is sometimes difficult for me and I don't always get it right but this just shows that I'm not perfect and neither are you. We can only try to support each other to work on our weaknesses so it is subsidised against our strengths. What are your strengths and how do you manage your weaknesses ? ✨
So I tried this at @infrafitdubai because I have a knee injury and find it very hard to exercise cardio right now. I was told that this is helps recovery and I also read the many benefits.
