Lying dumbbell pullovers! - This is a great “warm up” exercise to get the blood flowing into the lats before you move into bigger movements. - Focus on stretching the lats on the way back and driving the elbows forward as you come up. - I like to go lighter and aim for 15-20 reps to really get the blood pumping! 💪 - Try doing a superset of these and pull ups at the start of your next back workout...it’s a killer! #backday #backworkout #training #fitness #fit #gym #gains #strong #muscles #cbbf #ifbb #workout #exercise #bodybuilding #strength

Progress is better than ‘no’ progress. . 6 months between photos 📸weight is the same ⚖️ body fat down 5% 💪 strength increase 10 fold!! 😃 inches lost? Who fucking cares . The difference in these photos is training with a purpose. I decided to commit to pushing my limits.....and see what powerlifting do!!! . Seriously, I was mind blown by the simple adjustments to my form and technique. Within just 6 months I’ve seen more growth than I’d seen in a year, despite training daily. It’s not to say that I wasn’t working hard, that’s the funny thing. After awhile, lifting becomes routine, and routine doesn’t challenge the body. No challenge - No growth. . Over the last 10 years I’ve dedicated myself to a healthier lifestyle through DIET and exercise. I’ve trained a variety of ways and my favorite is and always will be weight training. Wether it’s powerlifting, strength and conditioning, or endurance and resistance training, weights will help you build a stronger healthier body and mind. .
