Tomatoes (large) 5 pieces.
Basil (green) 3 stems .
Olive oil) 4 tbsp.
Vinegar (balsamic) 1 tbsp.
Pepper (black ground) to taste.
Salt to taste.
Cut the tomatoes and bread into large cubes.
Prepare the dressing: mix the olive oil with the red grape or balsamic vinegar. .
Fill the salad and add the pepper and basil to taste.
Ready lettuce is better left to brew in the refrigerator, letting the bread soak with tomato juice and sauce.
Sometimes, red onion, celery, garlic, cucumber, olives or even cheese are added to the salad.
