I'm a 160 lbs. I'm 5'8", I've been over-weight most my life besides when I used other means. I've taken diet pills, starved myself, stuck my finger down my throat, tried drinks, fad diets, and every other quick fix you can think of.
2 years ago I decided to quit abusing my body and put in the work. I workout 5-7 days a week, eat clean 80% of the time and say nice things about myself. I'm not a size 6 (and don’t strive to be), I don't have abs.... I’m still on my journey.
