These few days, I feel tired, often forget about any simple thing, no appetite, more often emotional, so my training is not maximal. Seen from the picture above, when my shoulder, inner thighs can still open wider, but I do not know it can not do it anymore, because it was too tired. Day 1️⃣ of our #ItsHipToBeHere challenge. #PrasaritaPadottanasana or wide legged forward fold. 📍Stand with the feet wide +/- 5ft. 📍Parallel outer edges of the feet with outer edges of the mat. Doing this may feel like you are standing pigeon-toed with the toes in and heels out. That's OK!!! 📍Align the hips with the heels 📍Use blocks underneath hands if you need them 📍For beginners and those experiencing tightness on backs of the legs, hips, or low back you can stay with arms underneath shoulders in the half lift shape or bend the knees a bit 📍For those the can touch their heads to the floor - maintain the weight in the legs . since i stepped out the airplane yesterday, it seems like there's a lot of movement coming to my life right now. within the first 24 hours back in germany i got 5 different invitations for job Interviews within 1 week🙈. So instead of taking the time to reflect my journey , i had to organize some spontanious city-trips and as well my move out of my apartment ...but no matter what: i will practice every single day. the argument of not having time doesn't count for me. It's all about priorities and also about self discipline (tapas)!🌟 i'm happy life is giving me the opportunities for a change and i have faith that everything is happening for a reason ☺
