Day 4 for tomorrow’s #FallFundamentals is #anjaneyasana#crescentlunge 🍁🍂. One of the strong foundations of yoga poses. Things I always keep in mind for this asana: Bending the front knee to 90 degrees, aligning the knee directly over the heel of the front foot. Your feet should be hip-width apart with both feet facing forward, and your front shin should be perpendicular to the floor. Try keeping the hips squared or facing forward. You can also place your back knee down the mat. Check out for my co hosts for inspo. .
