To get the most out of your squat, ensure that you have good form, a tight core, and are challenging yourself by squatting deep and heavy! I like to do a few different variations on my legs days. Here is a list to choose from:
Sumo squats, plie squats, jump squats, split leg squats, pause squats, overhead squats, goblet squats.... and the list could go on! That being said -- there's no excuse for you not to squat! Get after it 😋
