Our mind is the most powerful muscle is our body. Throughout my quest for a consistent healthy lifestyle I have found the two things that have benefited me the most are not the actual programs or meal plans(which I adore) but what those have DONE for my mind. You can change what you eat and how often you move but if you don't change that mind, you're not going to get anywhere.
