Her er en fin liten oppvarmingsdrill, innimellomdrill eller avsluttningsdrill for rygg, skuldre og kjernen ___ -Ta en kettlebell (lett og håndterbar vekt). Start med å sende kula rundt og rundt kroppen med strake armer. Du skifter hånd foran kroppen og bak kroppen. Trikset er å stramme rompa, mage, rygg og å skape utoverpress med beina så du står støtt og ikke blir dratt ut av balanse av kula. Dette kalles "ekvator" eller "rundt jorda". 20 runder hver vei. Sørg for at håndtaket er vannrett foran og bak kroppen, da blir håndbyttet enklest mulig. -Så skal du svinge kula opp og holde den opp ned (bottoms up) med albuen 90 grader ut fra kroppen. Først med armen rett fram. Så skal du bevege armen utover til siden, stadig med albuen 90 grader ut fra kroppen før du fører armen tilbake foran kroppen og skifter arm. Jeg valgte for tung kule så jeg roterer litt for mye med overkroppen. Ideelt så er det bare armen som beveger seg. Husk å klemme til med et godt grep. Dette vil sette fyr på magemusklene på siden av kroppen. Kjør 2 repetisjoner pr arm. -Så avslutter du med 10 reps en arms swings pr arm. Husk å sørge for at det er setet og hoftene som skaper kraften i pendelen/swingen. Kjenner du at du blir veldig sliten i skuldrene av swings så bruker du armene for mye til å løfte kula. Armene skal bare kontrollere og styre under swings. -Er det oppvarming eller innimellom så holder det med en runde. Er det avsluttning så kan du kjøre to til tre runder avhengig av hvor mye tid du har og hvor hard økt du har hatt. -Du må ikke helt ned i kjelleren for å få inn ei god økt. De beste øktene er de som gjør deg sterkere, mer bevegelig og lar deg gjenta øktene ganske kjapt etterpå. #kettlebell #torerikstavaa #styrkecoach
