The hardest thing about getting hurt is that it crashes our ideas and belief about the way we once thought but as humans we learn to get up and walk again it's easy to bat home runs when you are in control of how far the ball goes and land turning something good into bad is easy anybody can do that on any given day but the hardest is turning something bad into good because as humans we are so hard on ourself for slightest mistakes we make this is what shape I was in that when I moved out at 18 the first time spilled something I went into such a panic and felt like such a worthless human being who was clumsy and never watched were I walked and I trembled in such fear as of what was going to happen to me what was punishment going to be for having hands that couldn't hold anything or grasp items to keep them from falling out of my hand nervous anxiety stress sad depressed and I hated myself for about two weeks and all I did was knock over a can drink but my punishment was a friend who didn't understand the things he didn't know or could see about me but he reminded me it's just carpet and we went into town and he got me a taco salad I know I had never gotten a taco salad before for spilling a drink but even then I didn't feel like I deserved to eat it so maybe it's about taking the bad in us and turning it good and that sometimes we want to go back to the place in our mind when things were good before it all went bad especially it being a state of lonely with a capital D but life is to short to hate those who have wronged us because it will consume our every molecule that makes us who we are today is another day in turning one bad molecule into one good molecule and if that's all that is achieved today then the world has changed for the better I stopped trying to change all of it at once and now my good molecules they add up now that's a blessing for us all!
