I had posted this picture on my old Instagram...I talked about how crappy I felt with all the extra weight I had on me. Due to an injury and eating the wrong way I gained almost 30 pounds. In the left picture I was 198 which was not a healthy weight ,even for as tall as I am. I can tell you in the left picture not only did I hate the way I looked but also the way I felt . - - -When I started lifting and doing high intensity interval cardio & workouts I began to see changes in my body. I also changed my eating habits. In the right picture I love the way I feel which should be the most important part . Yes you should want to look good , but you should focus the most on being healthy and loving yourself the way you are while you work for what you want. One of my favorite oblique exercises!! Make sure to watch the second video for the explanation! | Keep in mind that when you do both sides, it would be ideal to do a few reps less on your stronger side. That way it helps to fix the asymmetries in your body to balance you out little by little. 👍🏼
