Man... I feel awesome. Not really physically, I am still struggling with cutting sugar out and not having burritos with double scoops of rice every day and drinking 2 energy drinks a day... 😂🤦🏻♀️ but mentally, I feel STRONG. It hasn't been long, but every other time I've tried to diet, I've cheated with a cookie or a few Oreos or a couple of drinks.
Nope, haven't touched any of those. I've eaten every meal, I've turned down drinks, I've resisted a bite of seafood linguine at Anthony's in Kirkland, I've said no to a slice of bread.
Honestly, I can't say I'd be so focused and motivated and EXCITED without someone like Mark Frantz of @fsfoundationfitness
guiding me. I'm slightly difficult to work with and I am BEYOND picky with who gets to have control over my food and my daily routine, and I have to say I am beyond impressed with what he's presented to me so far. If you don't know Mark, you need to meet him 🙌🏻 I feel very lucky to have crossed paths with such a badass 😈🙏🏻 and I can't thank him enough for everything he's already done for me. 😊 -
