Woke up feeling horrible yesterday but tried to sleep it off.. nopeeee didn't work. Turns out I have strep🤒 thankful because strep is easy to cure and it could have been something much worse. Remember if you're sick or something comes up, the gym is always gonna be there! I'm not stressing it, just focusing on getting better. Hope you're all having a kick ass start to your week 🤗

I've never been more proud of myself and never felt better in my life. I have to say it all started with Plexus Slim! Before Plexus it was a struggle just to get through the day. I drank 2 energy drinks a day and still felt like crap. A week on the Plexus Slim and I started to notice I was sleeping better and had more energy through the day. I haven't touched an energy drink since! This picture is 6 months on Plexus and three months in the gym with Coach Keith. My first 3 months on the Slim I lost 35 lbs. when we started lifting I couldn't gain any muscle cause I had a hard time eating because of stomach issues from the years of energy drinks and pop. Form - Not exactly the best... Back is however straight, arms locked out, heels are FLAT on the floor and hips slightly below parellel.
20kg is not alot, however, it has taken me literally 2 years of training to even get to this point. When you a Kettlebell swing for the first time, will it be perfect? Of course not. OHS requires a lot of mobility around all of your body. It also hits your core a lot too. For me it is the mobility issue. I struggle to keep my arms directly over my head without them capsiding forwards as I squat.
I could do sets of 5 today with a bar.
Am I happy?
