Tonight I had to make a choice that wasn't easy. After months of training and preparation I have had to make the sad decision to pull out of my up coming Pretty & Powerful powerlifting competition due to an on going injury that was caused during my prep. I have learnt so much during the prep process, teachings not only for the physical part of it but also the mental. I can't thank my coaches @sf__fitness @on_point_coaching enough for their support, time & effort they have put in for me. I am disappointed in having to pull out but I believe it's the right thing to do. This is not the end of my journey! I will come back better & stronger ✌️

Just an update - more for my own benefit to keep a record to be honest! Anyway, 5 days out and I think I'm finally starting to feel the effects of lower calories... Just losing strength in the gym a bit and feeling flat. To be fair, my macros are actually still pretty decent but I'm a big eater so they're relatively low for my pit of a stomach. Other than that - I'm just super excited and happy!!! So MWF im doing 2 workout sessions per day. Why? Cuz im insane and need to get my mind focused on positivity and not a dead end street. This was yesterday's stats. Today won't be as much. I woke up to a friend posted this throwback..... WOOOWZA!!! So in Heather style I created a POST about it! Exactly 11 years apart- 🤷 Same girl. 💥 Same anxiety. 🍻 Two TOTALLY different ways handled. Can you see the sadness in her eyes?! She was a girl who blamed EVERYONE for ALL her problems... and she had alot!! It's amazing how your life can change when you stop making excuses and take control of it YOURSELF! See your life is a product... of your OWN DECISIONS! Not your background, your circumstances or "luck"... but your CURRENT DECISIONS. Fight for YOURSELF!! My best advice is: don't overthink it, you're not the sum of your past mistakes. Take it one day at a time. ONE decision at a time. You are worth it! You are ALWAYS one decision away from a completely different life!!
