The newest edition to my workout regime... finished legs today and these bands kicked my a$$ 😩 Instead of just regular sumo squats/squats, I used the bands and added weight with the Bulgarian bag... I used the bands and the bag as much as I could throughout my entire leg workout. My legs are total jelly...💪✅ I'm getting much stronger, I'm pushing myself and it feels so good! #resistencebands #sumosquats #bulgarianbagsquats #skilzbands #bbglegs

You guys!!! So after my 3 week cleanse on the ultimate reset these are my results! 25.4 pounds gone! These last 3 weeks have actually just flown by, new eating habits, meal prepping, chasing a 19 month old and bam here we are 25 pounds later! I'm going to be honest, we had 2 birthday dinners and 3 BBQ's to attend during these last 3 weeks and the temptation was REAL, but I planned ahead, brought my own food, and made good choices. Was it easy? No. Did I want some cake and BBQ treats? Absolutely. But the drive I had to finish this cleanse and create new healthy habits far outweighed my wanting a piece of cake. I have to say I am so grateful for these last 3 weeks, I learned so much about food, I learned so much about being prepared and planning ahead but most importantly I learned so much about myself. Self love is always something I have struggled with and this reset made me realize it's okay to love yourself. It's okay to love the process of changing bad habits and poor choices yet still loving yourself and who you are. I'm so grateful that I was able to kick my coffee and sugar habit. I'm so grateful that I learned to feed my body with real foods. Most of all I am so grateful that I found myself again after feeling lost since being pregnant. I smile when I look in the mirror now and I'm proud of that. It's been a challenging journey but I loved every minute of it, cause really challenging yourself is what life is all about. Today I am smiling as I post these pics to the 'world' because I am proud of myself. Did the long weekend start getting you excited for many more weekends just like them? I can't wait-beach days, boating, campfires, cookouts. Next Monday I'm starting to really focus on my healthy eating and exercise so I can enjoy my summer to the fullest with no guilt or regrets! This lemon cake was the best surprise ever. Did not expect it to be so gooey and perfectly balanced between sweet and zesty ✨ NOT healthy but amaaaaazingly yummy and my non vegan family loved it 🌱❤️ INGREDIENTS: 275g Self Raising Flour 200g Caster Sugar 1tsp Baking Powder Zest of 1 Lemon 100ml vegetable oil 170ml cold water Juice of 1/2 Lemon METHOD: Preheat oven to 200 Grease and line a loaf tin. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder and zest in a large bowl. Add the juice, oil and water and mix until smooth. Pour into the lined loaf tin and bake for 30mins or until a knife comes out clean. Leave to cool in the tin for 10mins then remove. I topped it with a mixture of icing sugar and orange juice (ran out of lemon juice) #plantbased
