I'm clearly not fit at all. I have been going to the gym off and on for the last four years. And no results. I've been doing treadmills, diets, ellipticals, and all the other crap they say to lose that fat and so on. Again. Nothing worked. I've been doing some research, comparisons, and tests to see why.
The first reason why, is people calling me fat. I've had doctors, enemies, friends, family, you name it telling me how overweight I am as if I don't know. So, I started to ignore them. I look the way I look because I want to. Then I started to look at myself and figure out how I felt about myself; let's say it wasn't good.
So that's when my journey began.
First was, food. Food intake is 80% of what could be wrong and only 20% workout. Yeah, I know, that's all people talk about. But, did you know you really can eat whatever you want with just a few modifications? I will make some videos and guidelines in the future to show you what I do.
Then to the 20% workout. I think it's crazy we've wasted all this time doing just working out and getting no where to find it's only 20% effective. BUT, it's also the type of workout, I'll discuss that later.
So when I did the gyms off and on and somewhat better diets, I lost 5-10 pounds and nothing more. Since I've started this new stuff about 5 weeks ago, I've lost almost 15 pounds. FIVE WEEKS not 4 YEARS. A difference right?
So I am here to motivated you, to guide you, to help you. I WANT to HELP you. I also am accepting help and ideas from you. So don't be SCARED to ask me for help. I am also willing to give you guidelines, advice, and whatever else you need. Video chats, pictures, videos, and what not; YOU name it.
