Hi, my name is Kristi and it has been 3 days since I've had a (food) binge.
No Deprivation Dinner:
🐟handmade salmon cakes with coconut flour, eggs, onion, spices
🌳side of steamed broccoli + nooch
🌱side of roasted beets + fennel seeds
I also had a chocolate peanut butter protein mug cake earlier. With nutritious, flavorful food like this, I don't even miss grains. Still eating lots of carbs, just not carbs from grains. Big difference. Of course, I'll add grains back in again in 3 weeks, but for now, I'm really enjoying this new meal plan and feeling my mind shifting on the inside, which is a nice change from obsessing over how my body is changing on the outside. Focus on the inside and the outside will follow, not the other way around. 👈💕
