Do yourself the favour and JUST START
Today I looked at the picture of myself from the start of my journey. I was 200lbs and had just been told by my doctor that I was on the verge of diabetes. I remember coming out of that appointment scared and worried, wondering how I'd ever get the weight off and get my health back on track. When you've never worked out a day in your life, the thought of getting started is overwhelming. •
I took that overwhelming fear and worry and decided that I was going to change. I wanted to fit down the slide when my kids wanted to play at the park. I wanted to carry them up the stairs and not get out of breath. I couldn't continue to go up a size every year and ignore my bad health. I started in my first online accountability group and I never looked back. Thanks to the support and motivation, I lost over 60lbs in a year.
This year I headed into a doctors appointment for the first time not dreading it. At 31 I'm the healthiest I've ever been and no longer fear for my health. Maybe you're like me, wanting to get healthy but scared to start. Don't let fear get in the way of living your healthiest and best life! My next boot camp is just around the corner.
