Currently sitting in a bath with Epsom salts just after taking the start of a course of antibiotics, trying to dry up the sack of fluid sitting in my glute/lower back.
Paused deadlifts put too much load on the injury on Sunday, bench meant I was pushing a aggravated area into a bench and against all common sense I tried to stick to my shit fight of a plan and squat last night.
Looks like shit and felt even worse. Was meant to be 3x2 @
220 but soon as I started the squat on that one rep I knew I was fucked.

And I have to not train this week to make sure I don't fuck myself.
