Lately I've started eating for macros and sometimes that has meant mixing ingredients that would otherwise make no sense together but they represent the macros I need to fill in this meal 🤣🤣🤣 scramble eggs, sweet potato and cottage cheese. The other day I had to have chicken liver pate and cream cheese or chicken breast and snoek pate. It's all very weird but as long as my macros are met I'm happy 😎😁
Sat in the gym in my gym attire for almost 2 hours to get work done. I guess I can't complain being busy, which means work is picking up, that in turns means the agency can grow! Gotta put in some gains before I head to taipei next week!
