Gary Vee talks about this all the time. I couldn't agree more. Finding a decent plan to follow isn't hard. Executing that plan well is where the results will come from.
Although there are better programs and worse programs, it's just a program. If you only apply 50% effort to your exercises, and don't care enough to improve technique, you won't get great results on any program.
But if you dedicate yourself to showing up and investing yourself everyday, good things can happen on almost any program.
The same is true in the kitchen. Most people know enough about nutrition that they can figure out what's a good choice, and what isn't. If you don't follow through on that choice, the knowledge won't matter. If you can't follow through on that choice indefinitely, over time, it won't matter.
Note that this absolutely doesn't means always working harder, or grinding. Sometimes, it means just the opposite. There is value in graceful execution just as there is in the grind.
