Also known as PROVRBS: progression, regularity, overload, variety, recovery, balance and specificity.⠀ ⠀ Progression⠀ ⠀ To improve your level of fitness, you need to gradually increase both the intensity and duration of your physical training routine by about 10 percent every 10 days.⠀ ⠀ Regularity⠀ ⠀ Maintain an exercise regimen that is consistent, with exercise taking place three to five times a week. Get adequate sleep and eat properly to operate at peak capacity.⠀ ⠀ Overload⠀ ⠀ Overloading is when the work load of your exercise session exceeds the normal demands you place on your body. This involves pushing yourself so your heart works at a relatively high percentage of its maximum capacity. Overloading also takes place during muscular strength and endurance training when you work a muscle to failure.⠀ ⠀ Variety⠀ ⠀ Mix things up by breaking up your training routine and include different activities. Not only will this prevent boredom, but it also can increase your motivation and help you achieve better results.⠀ ⠀ Recovery⠀ ⠀ Muscle damage is repaired and waste is metabolized during rest times. The optimum recovery time is 24 to 48 hours. Alternate more difficult training days with easier training days, or alternating muscle groups so you are not working the same muscles continually. ⠀ ⠀ Balance⠀ ⠀ Exercise all areas of the body equally to achieve a balanced level of fitness. ⠀ ⠀ Specificity⠀ ⠀ Gear your training toward specific goals.

🐟🥗🍴 * Almuerzo delicioso * Tilapia al horno, quinua y mucha ensalada, le di un toque de sabor mexicano al plato añadiéndole picante, limón y cilantro a cada preparación, preparando este almuerzo tardas aproximadamente 20 minutos, es super rápido, nutritivo y delicioso _______________________________________________ 🔺Ingredientes 🐟🥗 • Pescado, yo utilicé tilapia • Quinua • Lechuga, tomate, cebolla, cilantro, aguacate y limón • Sal, pimienta y picante en polvo 🔺Preparación 🥄🍽 • Adobar el pescado con sal, pimienta, picante en polvo y un poco de limón • Envolver el pescado en papel aluminio y hornear durante aproximadamente 15 o 20 minutos • Picar la lechuga, el tomate, el cilantro y el aguacate para la ensalada, añadirle sal, pimienta y limón • Picar la cebolla y dejar en jugo de limón, luego de 10 minutos incorporársela a la ensalada, así la cebolla queda encurtida y su sabor es más suave • Preparar quinoa, yo le añadí al agua para prepararla unas gotas de limón y cilantro finamente picado (en otro post les enseñaré a preparar quinua) _______________________________________________ #RecetaSinCulpaPorFavor #SinCulpaPorFavor
