Yoga is my mirror; it reflects back exactly what I am on any given day. Lately I've been more concerned with changing what I put in front of the mirror rather than taking a long sit with the person staring back. This week I'm committed to refocusing my energy on being at peace with myself, as I am, no matter how I show up. Acknowledging my truths and creating ease with myself is a daily practice.

Happy World Yoga Day! I actually didn't get to a class because I spent the morning flying/getting to San Francisco and also because the nearest CorePower is a half hour away from Stanford :( Do any Palo Alto/Stanford yogis have suggestions for a good studio to practice at while I'm visiting?!
