This morning as I stood in the kitchen waiting on the toaster I stood in front of the fridge looking at and thinking about this photo. I had no idea that when I created this health collage (Thanks to Coach Britt @holistic.school) that I was setting an intention. It hangs on my fridge and although I see it a hundred times a day I don't give it much thought. However, not only did I realize, as I stood there, that I had set this intention but it was slowly all becoming a reality. And I didn't force any of it! 2 years today. I decided to change my life 2 years ago today. I love this quote; Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it.
