Selfies in 2012 vs 2017 #TransformationTuesday
Left picture is me barely eating and only eating junk food. Never really lifted but was always playing sports. I was around 145 lb.
• Right picture is me eating every 2-3 hours, eating clean but junk food is life, so I'd cheat here and there. Been lifting since 2013 few times a week but diet was shit. However, since 2015 been lifting strictly and dieting strictly. That's when I started seeing results and fell in love with training.
• Seeing your body change is fucking incredible, it's an addiction and you work hard everyday to keep seeing those results. Lifting has made me fall in love with competing too. Back then, I'd be too shy to take off the shirt in front of people because I didn't like my body...but now I'll even take off my pants in front off people and just stand in my underwear because no fucks given anymore. I'm very comfortable with the results I've achieved.
• I rather be in the gym on weekends alone than be at the club/bar getting wasted with fake people that call themselves "friends". Friends are people that will support you while you're on your journey, no matter how many times you fall. Choose wisely.
