Who has each role will not be common knowledge save for the barkeeper, the discoverer, and the friend. I will be deciding which role everyone has. Do not tell anyone your role.
The Killer: The one who killed Penelope Arlow. They drugged her at a bar then followed her and stabbed her to death in the alleyway, throwing her body into the dumpster where she remained until her discovery the following day.
The Accessory: The one who has the murder weapon. They found it a few blocks from the crime scene and picked it up to examine it only to realize it had blood on it. They panicked once they realized their fingerprints were on it and kept it.
The Witness: The one who saw the killer following a girl down the street. They were drunk and don't remember anything.
The Barkeeper: The one who might know something. They saw who went in and out of the bar that night and served many drinks. Faces tend to blur and not be important, so they can't help much.
The Runner: The one who first noticed the body. They saw it and took off because of a previous criminal record.
The Discoverer: The one who called the police after finding the body.
The Innocent: The one who knew Jane Doe personally and was not present at the time of the murder(that would be me). The Undercover: The cop secretly investigating the murder. They are pretending to be a journalist writing about it.
Bargoers 1-8: The innocents at the bar the night of the murder. They are all suspects but don't actually know anything.
