Sign of a good session:
✔️The inability to talk at the end because your training partner is just as competitive as you and therefore pushes you to exceed
✔️ unable lift up your arms because they are shaking too much as you smashed out some heavier weights and a few more reps than planned (especially because they did!)😉💪🏻
✔️ the need of a nap before round 2
I don't always train with others but when I do I realise why I love to! Choose those who fire up your determination, competitive side and push you BUT also those who you have fun while you're killing it.
Now I am feeling like I can take on the world (unless I need to use my arms!) full of adrenaline! That is exactly why i am training with those who not only well and truly challenge me in sessions - although note not all sessions need to be this way but I need to be pushed RN (as I'm always the one training others!) but those who remind me of who I am, who make training fun but hard AF! You can't beat that after feeling! Esp now I am now on my mission for greatness and a LF of over 💯 no more faffing, no more excuses time to find my inner athlete and do what I do best - prove the doubters wrong and prove you can achieve whatever you put your mind to 👊🏻 if you're feeling unmotivated, give our session a go - I can't promise you will be able to use your arms for the rest of the day BUT I can promise you'll feel like a super hero after.
