Working on my crostini skills for all the dinner parties I don't have scheduled. Made a couple of Paleo breads, all of which sucked. Real bread it is! And that cheese is Kite Hill ricotta cheese made from almonds and without dairy...it is really bad. Today I learned crostinis require allll the gluten and dairy you can throw at them. And I have no more figs left because they were just too good and I ate them all. 🤤🤤 really winning over here guys!
